OK! I couldn't think of a good name for my blog post, hence the lame-ness above! ha... How was your Thanksgiving? Did you go shopping on Black Friday and get some great deals? Mine was good. We had just a few of our family in town, which made for a small Thanksgiving with extra food to spare (hello yummy leftovers!!!). It was great! Everyone did a little of something. My oldest sister's family was here in town staying with us, my sister Berit and her sone Curtis, the Rents (cool way of saying parents), my Grandma and Aunt Karen, and also my youngest sister Verity and her hubbie. Sounds like a lot, but trust me, it's not even close. It was all good fun though. Early in the morning we had gone to see Tangled, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Great fun, you should see it. Then the guys took the kids out for their own Turkey Trot. After we rested and got ready for the feast. Why am I so happy this Arizona (cold) evening? Well I am happy for a few reasons. . . I will share with you them now. 1. I am happy because it is the winter season. Which means pull out those cute winter clothes and wear them while you can. Snuggle up close so that in this freezing weather you can warm right up. Also because it is the Christmas season. I love Christmas. 2. Christmas is NEXT WEEK! How amazingly crazy is THIS fact? I know, hence the announcement. Christmas is my favorite holiday. After all the kiddos screaming for what they want, all the parents spoiling said kiddos, and after all the shopping, and work is done with, people are happy. I like happy people. 3. I absolutely LOVE STAR and SNOWFLAKE ANYTHING! BUT you rarely find things outside of this lovely Christmas season. 4. School semester is over and done with. No more hassle. Now it is just work. 5. TWO POSTS IN ONE DAY! AMAZING! Do you ever come to the point when you're so tired, so exhausted, that everything is THAT MUCH MORE FUNNY? So picture that point. . . Got that image in your head? Now, picture that as me, but almost 24/7. It makes for good times. Don't worry, I ain't no fool. I don't laugh at everything, that would make me a freak, and I would have to join the circus. No bueno! However, last night was one of those especially funny nights. Let me explain my good looking self to you (conceited). Last night there was a little blog meeting and we ate at a restaurant called Cosi's (i think that's how you spell it). Anyways it was a lot of fun and I met a lot of new bloggers.
