don’t you know the hardest part is over
let it in, let your clarity define you in the end
we will only just remember how it feels
our lives are made in these small hours
these little wonders,
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away, but these small hours,
these small hours still remain
let it slide, let your troubles fall behind you
let it shine until you feel it all around you
and i don’t mind if it’s me you need to turn to we’ll get by,
it’s the heart that really matters in the end
our lives are made in these small hours
these little wonders,
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away, but these small hours,
these small hours still remain
all of my regret will wash away some how
but i can not forget the way i feel right now
in these small hours
these little wonders these twists & turns of fate
these twists & turns of fate
time falls away but these small hours
these small hours, still remain,
still remain
these little wonders these twists & turns of fate
time falls away but these small hours
these little wonders still remain

Little Wonders is in one of my favorite movies. Meet The Robinsons. It's really a cute little story. Haven't seen it? Well you should! Today I'm discussing more little wonders about... ME! Oh so exciting. As we delve into more of my personality and craziness, grab some popcorn to enjoy my embarrassment!
I'm a "repeater". What is a repeater you ask? Well kind of like a parrot saying the thing last said, or mentioned. My sister, Verity, first pointed it out to me. She would say something like "Oh my gosh! What is on my toe?" (improve people. Perhaps once this was said) But she wouldn't just SAY it. It was the tone of voice, the expression, the body language, etc. I would find it so funny that I would repeat in her words, but usually more quiet because it's repeated. Not just the last word would be repeated though. If only the last word is repeated, i'll repeat that. If the whole sentence is funny, i'll repeat the whole sentence. She classified it as such: Meredith only repeats things if it's really funny to her. So today, and for the past week-or-so, my dear friend (name unmentioned but nicknamed as DD) has been pointing things out that I do. Little quirks. Yesterday (DD is REALLY funny), he said, "Well PER ME, I'm giving her the credit!" (we work at a call center) I just repeated "per me". Because, IT WAS FUNNY! Sue me. Anyways, he says in an almost shout voice "Hey! Hey! Why do you always repeat things?" Not knowing if he was talking to me, I turned around only to have him clarify that he was, indeed, talking to me.
I responded, "I repeat things if I think they are funny. But I don't do it that often. And I don't think it's noticeable!"
DD, "Well I've noticed it since I started here. You do it a lot."
"WHAT?! I do not!!!"
DD, "You're going to fight this with me? You'll lose. Besides it's funny and cute! I never pointed it out before. But if you want I can start a tally board. You've done it a couple times already. (after seeing shock and death stare on my face towards him he say>) It's OK though. I like it."
After calling me out, he says that!? WHAT! Anyways, later that night I was telling RM (Return Missionary) about it. And HE said I do too. I know this! I've known it. I tried to stop myself, only to notice that I did it on the phone with RM man.... A LOT! Sheesh people! RM man just laughed.
And it happens everyday!!! But I like it and other people should too that way they know when I think they are being truly funny, instead of lame!!! Yeah! So how many of you have NOT noticed!? ha ha
Moral: I'm thankful for little wonders like DD to point out my quirks. I'm also glad I have that specific quirk to ensure people that they aren't always funny and to stop trying... ha ha! Just kidding! It's funny when you try, so please keep my entertainment going and I'll keep yours afloat too.
What is a quirk you have?

Well, I have never noticed that particular quirk of yours. I guess that just means that I am lame. Sorry. ;)
As for My quirks...I am too self-conscious to list them here for all your friends to read. But I'll whisper them in your ear next time I see you. :)
